Empowering Your Recovery Growth Together

About Me.

Hi, I’m Jenifer Oxford, founder of Anew Path Coaching.

On April 2, I celebrate 10 years in recovery. I know how overwhelming early sobriety can feel — wanting to change but not yet knowing how to live day-to-day without substances. Recovery gave me more than sobriety; it gave me structure, purpose, and a life I’m proud of.

Through my work in healthcare and the recovery community, I saw a common gap: people leave treatment motivated, but real life quickly becomes difficult to manage alone. That’s often where relapse happens.

My role is to walk beside clients in the real world — helping them attend meetings, build routines, stay accountable, and navigate triggers and everyday responsibilities. I also support families as they rebuild trust and healthy boundaries.

My goal is simple: to be someone you can call before things fall apart, not after.

Observed Drug Screen
$50.00

Why is there an additional fee for observed drug screens?

An observed drug screen requires a staff member to be physically present during collection to ensure the sample is valid and has not been diluted, substituted, or tampered with. This level of monitoring is sometimes requested by courts, parents, or treatment providers when a higher level of accountability is needed.

Because the process requires dedicated time, travel, scheduling coordination, documentation, and immediate handling of the sample, it involves more staff resources than a standard screen. The additional fee covers the extended appointment time and supervision required to provide an accurate and reliable result.

Observed testing is not meant to be punitive. It is used when extra structure and clarity help support safety, honesty, and progress in recovery.

Recovery transport/meeting accompaniment: per visit
$75.00

Why is there a fee to accompany a client to a recovery meeting?

Attending a first meeting can be one of the most intimidating steps in early recovery. Many individuals avoid meetings not because they don’t want sobriety, but because of anxiety, fear of judgment, or not knowing what to expect.

When I accompany a client, I provide structured support during a high-risk time. This includes helping them choose an appropriate meeting, introducing them to others in the recovery community, modeling participation, and processing the experience afterward so they are more likely to return on their own.

This service also involves scheduling coordination, travel time, supervision, and ensuring the client safely transitions into a sober support network. The goal is independence — most clients only need accompaniment a few times before they feel comfortable attending meetings on their own.

The fee reflects dedicated time, transportation, and hands-on recovery support, not simply attending a meeting together.

Court or probation coordination: $60/hour
$60.00

Why is there a fee for court accompaniment?

Court appearances can be extremely stressful, especially for individuals early in recovery. Anxiety, fear, and confusion about the legal process often increase relapse risk. My role during court accompaniment is to provide support, accountability, and stability during an important recovery milestone.

This service includes preparing the client beforehand, helping them understand expectations, ensuring they arrive on time and appropriately prepared, and supporting appropriate communication with attorneys, probation officers, and court staff. I also help the client process the outcome afterward and plan next recovery steps.

Court accompaniment often requires blocked scheduling time, waiting periods at the courthouse, coordination with legal parties, documentation when requested, and ensuring the client follows through with any court requirements.

The hourly fee reflects dedicated professional time and recovery support during a high-stress situation — not simply attending court.

The goal is to help the client navigate the process responsibly and continue moving forward in recovery.
